Q: What items may I return?
A: At District 34 Boutique, you may return any item except SALE and INTIMATE items (e.g., Hollywood tape, Nipple Covers). The merchandise must be unworn or unused and have the original tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received Free Shipping, our costs will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How long do I have to make a return?
A: Items must be postmarked within 2 weeks (14 days) of the purchase date. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to sending your merchandise, which can take up to 24 hours.
Q: How do I receive an RMA and process a return?
A: To receive an RMA, email us at info@district34boutique.com with your contact information, the item description, cost, and reason for returning the item. We will email your RMA within 24 hours. Please write the RMA on the outside of the package or label for faster processing. For your protection, we recommend insuring your package and requesting a signature.

A: Yes, if you're in the Tampa area, you can return items to our store. Please note, in-store returns follow our "in-store" return policy, which is exchange or store credit only. If you can't find anything during your visit, your store credit will never expire.
