RETURNS

Q: What merchandise may I return to the store?

A: All items are eligible for return, except intimate items such as Hollywood tape and nipple covers, and sale items. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and free of stains, with original tags still attached.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. For items that initially shipped for free, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Q: How much time do I have to return an item?

A: Items must be postmarked within 14 days or 2 weeks of the original purchase date. To return an item, you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your RMA.

Q: How do I receive an RMA and process my return?

A: To get an RMA, email info@district34boutique.com with:

  • Your contact information;
  • A description of the item;
  • The cost of the item;
  • Your reason for returning the item.

We will email the RMA within 24 hours. For fast processing, write the RMA on the outside of the label or package. We recommend insuring the package and requesting a signature to ensure safe receipt.

Q: Do I have to pay the shipping fees on my return?

Yes, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Can you provide me with a return shipping label?

Yes, we can email you a USPS First Class shipping label. Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Q: Can I return my merchandise to the store for a refund?

Yes, if you're in the Tampa area, you can return items in-store. Please note that in-store returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit, which never expires.

Q: How long does it take to process my refund?

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process. Email us at info@district34boutique.com to check the status of your return. We’re always happy to assist!

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Regular ground shipping takes 5-7 business days. Note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing and shipping estimates.

Q: May I choose expedited shipping?

Yes! Email us at info@district34boutique.com or call us at 813.207.0400. We’re available Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST. Expedited shipping is only available for continental U.S. orders.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, though delivery times may be longer than standard ground shipping. Email us at info@district34boutique.com or call us at 813.207.0400 for more details.

Q: Can I order an item online and pick it up at the store?

Yes! Select “in-store pickup” during checkout to pick up your order at our Tampa, Florida boutique. This option allows you to skip shipping costs.

Q: Will you sell out of my item before it ships?

We rarely run into this issue as we update our inventory in real-time. However, if an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email and issue a refund.
